The candidate must have 8+ years of extensive Hyperion implementation experience, with a focus on full-cycle implementations rather than support roles. Should have completed at least four end-to-end Oracle Hyperion implementations, including requirement gathering, documentation, application build, training, testing, and go-live. At least two implementations must be in the public sector (SIFMIS/IFMIS/GIFMIS), with strong knowledge of pre-budget processes such as budget ceilings, call circulars, and workflow management. Expertise in Financial Reporting Studio (FRS) for report development is required.
