The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of hands-on Hyperion implementation experience, with a strong background in designing, implementing, and maintaining Hyperion Planning and Oracle EPM solutions. Must have completed at least four full lifecycle implementations, including requirement gathering, design, build, testing, training, and go-live. Experience in public sector projects (e.g., SIFMIS/IFMIS/GIFMIS) is required, along with knowledge of budget processes such as budget ceilings, call circulars, and workflows. Proficiency in Financial Reporting Studio (FRS) for report development is essential.
